هدف البحث إلى التعريف بالهدايات القرآنية، والقراءات العشر المتواترة، والترجمة للقراء العشرة مع رواتهم، وإبراز اختلاف القراءات عند القراء العشرة، واستنباط الهدايات القرآنية منها، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية من أول سورة الفاتحة إلى آخر سورة المائدة.
ويتكون البحث من أربعة فصول وخاتمة وفهارس، وتشمل المقدمة على حدود البحث، وأهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وهيكل البحث.
وتضمن الفصل الأول: التعريف بالهدايات القرآنية، والمفهوم الإجرائي للهدايات القرآنية، وبيان معاني الهداية في القرآن الكريم، وطرق استنباط العلماء لها، والتعريف بالقراءات، والأحرف السبعة، والعلاقة بينهما، وأركان القراءة الصحيحة، والترجمة للقراء العشرة مع رواتهم، وأما الفصل الثاني والثالث والرابع: فقد تضمنت دراسة تطبيقية لاختلاف القراءات عند القراء العشرة من أول سورة الفاتحة إلى آخر سورة المائدة، واستنباط الهدايات القرآنية منها من خلال تقسيم الفصل إلى أربعة مباحث، والمبحث إلى أربعة مطالب في كل مطلب ثلاث مسائل تضمنت كل مسألة كلمة فرشية، أو كلمتين لهما اتصال في المعنى والسياق، ثم سرد اختلاف القراء العشرة فيها، واستنباط الهدايات القرآنية من كتب التوجيه، والتفسير، واللغة، في كل قراءة على حدة مع النظر في سياق الآية وأسباب نزولها، وتناسبها، وعلاقة كل قراءة بالمعنى التفسيري وربطها بالواقع - إن أمكن- ومن ثم ذكر الهدايات القرآنية في القراءات مجتمعة من خلال الربط بين هدايات القراءات والمعنى العام لها، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات، وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها:
أنَّ في اختلاف القراءات تيسير على الأمة في جميع نواحي الحياة الدينية والدنيوية.
أنَّ الهدايات القرآنية في القراءات تشمل جميع مجالات حياة المسلم الفقهية، والعقدية، والاقتصادية، والسياسية، والاجتماعية، وغيرها.
أنَّ البحث في اختلاف القراءات لاستنباط الهدايات القرآنية هو بيان وتوضيح المقاصد الكبرى من اختلاف القراءات وتنوعها، وهو الهداية للناس.
