عبد الرشيد هميسي بن علي. مواليد 01 07 1984 . ببلدية حاسي خليفة ولاية الوادي, الجزائر. مساره التعليمي كان في ابتدائية الشهيد خطاب عبد الكريم سنة 1990, ثم متوسطة مقى عمار , ثم ثانوية هواري بومدين بحاسي خليفة . تخرج من جامعة الوادي سنة 2007 بشهادة الليسانس في اللغة العربية وآدابها , وبشهادة الماجستير في الأدب العربي من جامعة سطيف سنة 2012م. وبشهادة الدكتوراه من جامعة محمد لخضر بباتنة سنة 2018. يشغل منصب أستاذ محاضر (أ)في جامعة الوادي قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها. له ورواية "ما تشتهيه الروح" وهي الفائزة بالجائزة الوطنية للرواية بالجزائر ديسمبر 2016، عن مسابقة رابطة الفكر والإبداع. له مصنّف نقدي بعنوان : النص والحاشية. وعدة مقالات في مجلاّت محكمة. ومجموعة قصصية بعنوان "موسم الوجع" فازت بجائزة السنام الذهبي 2019. له رواية (الملحد - بقي بن يقظان-) فائزة بالجائزة العالمية راشد للإبداع. له رواية مرقونة جاهزة للطبع. شارك في عدة ملتقيات دولية ووطنية. أشرف على عدة مسابقات في القصة(مسابقة نادي المميزين، مسابقة نادي خطوة، مسابقة نادي التراث والأصالة.).
