الراصد الوطني للنشر والقراءة (رونق المغرب O.N.E.L)، جمعية ثقافية مستقلة، تأسس بتاريخ 27 يناير 2013 بمدينة طنجة.
يسعى الراصد الوطني جاهدا إلى دعم الكتاب من خلال تنظيم مجموعة من الأنشطة ذات الصلة محليا وجهويا ووطنيا (معارض وطنية، منتديات جهوية، ندوات، موائد مستديرة، حفلات توقيع الكتب،مسابقات، ورشات إبداعية، لفائدة تلاميذ المؤسسات التعليمية ونزلاء المؤسسات السجنية..) وكذا المشاركة في المعارض الدولية والجهوية بالمغرب.
وقد خاض تجربة النشر منذ 2014 من خلال نشر ودعم مجموعة من الإصدارات في: القصة، الشعر، الرواية، النقد، المسرح، الترجمة، الأنثربولوجيا... وهي تجربة حرص فيها "رونق المغرب" على تتبع مختلف مراحلها، انطلاقا من تقييم الأعمال الموجهة للنشر من طرف لجنة القراءة وتنقيحها، مرورا بالترويج الإعلامي والتوزيع، وصولا إلى الاحتفاء بها نقديا وتقريبه من القارئ.
وعلى الرغم من الصعوبات والإكراهات المادية، استطاع "رونق المغرب" بفضل جهود طاقمه الإداري والتقني من خلق حركة ثقافية جادة وهادفة في مجال النشر والقراءة، وفق مشروع ورؤية ثقافية واضحة.

عن منشورات "الراصد الوطني للنشر والقراءة"، صدر للكاتب المغربي محمد فولا، معجم بعنوان: "حدود اللغات أمازيغية دمنات ودارجتها والعربية الفصحى جذور لغوية مشتركة"، يقع المعجم في 188 صفحة من الحجم المتوسط، تتصدر غلافه صورة من تصميم الفنان خالد أيت زيان.
وقد جاء في مقدمة الكاتب محمد فولا «ويأتي بحثنا هذا للغوص في مسألة "الجذور المشتركة بين العربية المعيارية والعربية الدارجة" وقد كان منطلق بحثنا تلك الإشكالات البسيطة التي صادفتها وأنا في بداية تدريسي للغة العربية، لقد كان أول لقاء لي مع التلاميذ سنة 2003 سببا في إخراج هذا العمل، وهو عمل حاولت –والجهد جهد المقل- أن أحصر أكثر الكلمات المستعملة على لسان التلاميذ، تلك الكلمات التي يعتقد أن أصولها لا تمت للعربية المعيار بأي علاقة، فحاولت جاهدا طيلة سنوات عديدة الغوص في المعاجم العربية خصوصا "لسان العرب" لابن منظور، محاولا الكشف عن نقط الالتقاء، لا مدافعا عن عربية هذه الكلمة ولا عن أمازيغيتها، بل شاهدا على أن هناك مشتركا بينهما..».
والكاتب محمد فولا، روائي وباحث من مواليد دمنات، أستاذ اللغة العربية، صدر له في الرواية "قابيل مجددا" سنة 2019، و"أشلاء ذاكرة" سنة 2020، و"لا تكن طبيب تشريح أبدا" سنة 2021، ومعجم بعنوان: "حدود اللغات أمازيغية دمنات ودارجتها والعربية الفصحى جذور لغوية مشتركة" سنة 2022.
