مؤلف كتاب "القدس الشريف في الاستشراق اليهودي"، د.
محمد رضوان، هو كاتب وصحافي مغربي، حاصل على دكتوراة الدولة في العلوم السياسية من جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء (المغرب)، وشارك في دورات دراسية بالمعهد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان بستراسبورغ (فرنسا)، وأكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية (هولندة)، فضلا عن مشاركته في ندوات داخل المغرب وخارجه.
وهو إلى نشاطه العلمي، يشتغل الكاتب في حقل الصحافة منذ أزيد من 20 عاما بوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء (وكالة الأنباء المغربية).
وللمؤلف إصدارات علمية متعددة، منها كتاب "منازعات الحدود في العالم العربي"، الصادر عن دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (1996)، وكتاب "المبادئ العامة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والعدالة الدولية"، دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (2010)، وكتاب "أوهام الغرب عن الإسلام، بحث في جذور معاداة الثقافة الإسلامية في الغرب"، مطبعة الأندلس بالدار البيضاء (2013)، إلى جانب طبعة إلكترونية لنفس الكتاب صدرت عن إحدى دور النشر الإلكترونية بلندن (بريطانيا).

في هذا الديوان نجد بوحه وهو يناجي البادية ويناجي طيف محبوبته ويناجي نخلة الصحراء ويناجي النجم البعيد في السماء ويناجي بدر الليل ويحمل رياح الصحراء أشواقه وحنينه إلى المحبوبة وتشف روحه وتسمو حين يناجي تلك المحبوبة ويهمس بأشواقه المتدفقة ويردد لها نجواه «اذكريني » عند سماع كل شدو طير وفي كل غيمة وفي كل تفتح ورد وكلما هل الربيع وكلما تنفس الفجر ، وهي نجوى عاشق يناجي طيف الخيال يعبر فيها عن ثورة وجده وعتابه وحنينه وشوقه إلى الحبيب النائي والشاعر حين يبوح للبوادي بأشواق قلبه وهمسات روحه يحيل كل حبة رمل حوله إلى بستان من الأشجار الخضراء اليانعة ، والزهور والندى فيصبح البلقع حديقة مزهرة يافعة فيصبح بوحه إلى البوادي الخضر شهادة حب وعشق ينم عنها شكوى الصبابة ووشاية الدموع وسلطان الحب وطيف الخيال وعتاب المحب ونوح الحمام وأرقه وسهاده ، وصوت الطير الساري .
