هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التوجه الإبداعي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مجموعة الاتصالات الأردنية ، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي الملائمة لأغراض البحث، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي المجموعة باختلاف المناصب التي يشغلونها وباختلاف موقع الخدمة داخل المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، خلال عام 2014، وتم استخدام اسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة لاختيار العينة من مجتمع الدراسة وصممت الاستبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة حيث تم توزيع (398) استبانة استرجع منها (305) استبانة، واستبعد منها (55) استبانة بسبب عدم ملائمتها للتحليل، وبالتالي تم تحليل (250) استبانة، وتم اجراء المعالجات الإحصائية التي تتناسب مع أغراض وأهداف الدراسة.
