هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية على على الأداء الوظيفي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في مجموعة الاتصالات الأردنية شركة أورنج(Orange) في الأردن. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية موزعة على دوائر وأقسام المجموعة وبذلك تكونت عينة الدراسة 200 موظف، وتم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع البيانات لغرض التحليل الإحصائي وكانت 180 استبانة صالحة لذلك. وتم استخدام الإحصاء الوصفي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، بينما تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار لفحص الفرضيات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن مجموعة الاتصال الأردنية تطبيق بشكل مرتفع فقرات جودة النظام وجودة الخدمات وجودة المعلومات
