فقد قام كتابنا «أخلاق الإسلام بين الفطرة والفكرة» على ثلاث دوائر: مقدمة بقلم الدكتور محمد راتب النابلسي حفظه اللَّه وأتم نعمه عليه مع تصدير وتمهيد بقلم المؤلف.. وفصول يقوم عليها الكتاب. أما التمهيد فيتضمن تعريفاً بالأخلاق. وأما الفصول فقد تسلسلت على النحو الآتي: 1ـ الفصل الأول: تناوَلَ المشكلات الأخلاقية. 2ـ الفصل الثاني: تناول الاستعدادات الخلقية قبل الإسلام. 3ـ الفصل الثالث: تناول المبادئ الأساسية للأخلاق في الإسلام. وهذه المبادئ توالت بالشكل الآتي: إلهٌ واحد أرسل محمداً ? فكان الوجود الجميل وكانت الحياة فذة حلوة هكذا شاءها اللّه. وكانت الإنسانية واحدة. 4ـ الفصل الرابع: امتياز أخلاق الإسلام. وقد فصلنا هذا الامتياز فيما يلي: فقدان الأساطير ـ تغليب العقل ـ خلق العالم ـ دور المحسوسات في الفكر الإسلامي ـ إقامة التوازن كواقع وجمال ـ دور الفكر التجريدي ـ الإنسان خليفة اللّه في أرضه. 5ـ الفصل الخامس: الأخلاق والعلوم الإنسانية (علم النفس وعلم الانتروبولوجيا وعلم الاجتماع). 6ـ الفصل السادس: مقارنة بين الأخلاق الإسلامية والأخلاق الفلسفية. 7ـ الفصل السابع: تناول التوجهات العملية لأخلاق الإسلام. 8ـ الفصل الثامن: الأخلاق المعاصرة.
