هذا الكتاب هو توثيق لوقائع الحلقة الدراسية التي عقدها المعهد العالمي للفكر الإسلامي/ مكتب الأردن بالتعاون مع مركز بحوث رسائل النور/ تركيا. وقد عقدت هذه الحلقة يوم الخميس 7 صفر 1418هـ الموافق 12حزيران 1997م. وقد تضمنت فضلا عن كلمات المؤسسات المنظمة للحلقة الدراسية في جلسة الافتتاح، تسعة بحوث، عرضت في أربع جلسات عمل. تناولت هذه البحوث: لمحات من حياة النورسي، ومكانه بديع الزمان في الفكر وفي الحركة الإسلامي، ومنهج المعرفة والاستدلال عنده، ووجوه الاعجاز القرآن كما يرها، وعلوم القرآن والتفسير في رسائله، ومنهجه في الإصلاح والتغيير، ومنهجه الفقهي، والبعد العقدي لبنية الإنسان في فكرة، وموقفه من السببية.
