وفي هذا البحث الذي أتقدم به الي المؤتمر القومي الأول للمكتبات المدرسية اخترت المحور الرابع : الخدمات في المكتبة المدرسية ومراكز مصادر التعلم ، وتحديدا " خدمات المكتبة المدرسية ومعوقات آدائها" ،وتكلمت في المقدمة عن مفهوم المكتبة المدرسية ، وأهدافها ووظائفها ، ثم انتقلت الي البند الأول وهو خدمات المكتبة المدرسية والأنشطة المرتبطة بها فتكلمت عن اهداف الخدمة المكتبية وأنواعها واهداف الأنشطة التربوية المرتبطة بها وانواعها ،ثم تناولت في البند الثاني معوقات آداء الخدمة المكتبية بالصورة المرضية، ثم انتقلت الي البند الثالث والأخير والمتعلق بمجموعة من التوصيات للتغلب علي هذه المعوقات.
