هذا البحث عنوانه: الأحاديث والآثار المعلة الواردة في كتاب "التّلويح إلى شرح الجامع الصحيح" للحافظ علاء الدين مُغَلْطاي بن قَلِيج المتوفى ) 762 ه( من بداية شرح"كتاب البيوع" إلى نهاية شرح " باب آكل الربا وشاهده وكاتبه" من كتاب البيوع )تخريجا ودراسةً(، ويهدف إلى معرفة الأحاديث والآثار المعلة في هذا الجزء المقترح، وتخريج جميع أوجه الخلاف الواردة فيها مع بيان الوجه الراجح منها ودرجته، وذكر أقوال النقاد فيه. وقد توصل الباحث إلى: أن الأحاديث والآثار الواردة في كتاب التلويح )الجزء المقترح( مختلفة الدرجة، ما بين الصحيح وحسن وضعيف. وأن في الجزء المقترح ) 7( أحاديث وآثار معلة: أربعة منها صحيح، وواحد منها حسن، وواحد مرسل، وواحد ضعيف.
