Sixteen wild find domestic tomato genotypes were evalunled, in a completely randomized design with three replicates, for some fruit quality characters during the 2009 / 2010 and 2010 / 2011 fiall seasons under greenhouse conditions nt Agricultural Experiment Station, Faculty of Agriculture, Cniro University. Result indicated thit accession LA 722 had the highest significant lycopeno (5.91 mg/ 100 g), total soluble solids (9.6**+) and ascorbic tcid contents (31.25 mg/ 100 g). In 2009 season, cvs Ace 55 VF and Summer Prolific id thehighest significant Q-cnrotene (1.77 and 1.72 mg/ 100 g. respectively), but in 2010 season, Ace 55 VF,
