هدفت هذه الدِّ راسة إلى بيان معايير تدريس المهارات ال لغوية في ضوء المدخل الات صال ي الثقافي، حيث ت م الرَّبط بين كلا المدخلين، وتعامل البحث معهما بوصفهما مدخلاً واحدًا متكاملاً، وبيَّنت الدِّ راسة الأساليب المستخدمة في تدريس المهارات الأربع من منطلق اتِّ صالي ثقافي، يدور فلك هذه الورقة حول توضيح الأساليب الصحيحة عند استخدام الل غة وتدريب المتعلِّ مين على فهم ال س ياق الاجتماع ي؛ لأنَّ تعليم الل غة ات صاليًّا لا ينفصل عن الموقف الاجتماع ي، والبيئة الثَّقافيَّة الَّتي نشأ فيها؛ لأنَّ هذه المهارات متداخلة، ومترابطة مع بعضها بعضا، فهي كالنَّسيج لا يمكن الفصل بينها، وأن تعليم المهارات الأربع يجب أن يكون بشكل متوازن في أي برنامج لتعليم الل غة العربيَّة بوصفها لغة ثانيَّة من منطلق ات صالي ثقاف ي. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصف ي الاستقرائ ي في تحديد أساليب تدريس المهارات ال ل غوية، وبيان ال تَّدريبات الا ت صاليَّة الثقافي ة التي تهدف إلى تنمية المهارات اللغوية لدى المتعلمين. وكشفت الدِّ راسة عن التَّلازم بين الل غة والات صال والثَّقافة، كما أثبتت الدِّ راسة كفاية استخدام المدخل الات صال ي الثَّقاف ي في تنميَّة المهارات الل غويَّة في المراحل الدِّ راسيَّة كافَّة، ولجميع المستويات لدى المتعلِّ مين الذين يدرسون الل غة العرب يَّة بوصفها لغة ثانيَّة.
