تُعد الدراسات النقدية الحديثة، من أكثر الدراسات شأنا من غيرها، لما تواكب من الفكر النقدي المتغير، والمتبدل بحسب تطور القضايا النقدية، وتُعد ظاهرة الثنائيات أحد أهم هذه الدراسات، والتي لا ينفك منها نص شعري حديث، ولم تكن هذه الظاهرة وليدة الأدب الحديث، ونتاجه، بل كانت بامتداد التاريخ الشعري العربي عبر العصور، ولكن الجديد هو تكاثف هذه المتقابلات النقدية، وتماهيها مع النص العربي الحديث. ولهذه المتقابلات الدلالية ظروفها التي انتجتها ، ففي خضم الأحوال السياسية والاجتماعية التي مرّت بها الأوطان العربية ، أصبحت النفوس تحمل بين جوانبها تناقضات العاطفة ، وتدفن في عمقها عواطف مشتعلة بين الحرب والسلام ، وبين اللقاء والفراق ، وبين الانتصار والهزيمة ، فتشكلت صور درامية تحكي الصراع العاطفي الداخلي ، والذي أظهره الشاعر العربي على شكل متقابلات دلالية تشبع التناقضات العاطفية التي تعتريه من فينة لأخرى تبعا للأحوال التي يمر بها سواء سياسية أو اجتماعية ، كما ذكرنا ، وفي هذا المجال وجدت الشاعر فاروق شوشة مندمج الحضور في تمثيل هذه الصور وعرضها كمشاهد درامية في شعره ، ولضيق مساحة البحث كما تستلزم مناسبة عرضة اخترت ديوانا من دواوينه لأناقش من خلاله هذه المتقابلات الدلالية واسلط الضوء على جزء من مقابلاته الدلالية ، وركزت على فرحه وحزنه ، وما انتجه ديوانه من مشاهد وصور تحكي هذا الصراع الدرامي ، والذي يمزجه بالطبيعة تارة ، وبساحات الحروب تارة أخرى ، وكل هذه المشاهد تجري أحداثها في إطار الوطن ، وكان لي من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مساحة أنطلق من خلالها في هذا البحث ، وقدمت بمقدمة توضح مسار هذه المتقابلات الدلالية عبر العصور الأدبية ، وإن لم يكن الحديث وافيا ، وقد يصعب في مثل هذه الدراسات ، ولكنه يعطي مفتاح لتاريخ هذه المتقابلات النقدية ، تجعل لباحث آخر مجالا للبحث والاطلاع
