هذا الكتاب هو ديوان الصيرفي والذي قام بنشره من بعده أكبر أنجاله ويبدأ الكتابة بترجمة لحياة صاحب الديوان كتبت بعد وفاته وبعد ذلك الأبيات الشعرية المجمعة داخل الكتاب و هي باب في المدائح النبوية وفيها يمدح النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سيد الخلق وهاديهم وباب المدائح الخديوية وكان يتحدث فيها عن جناب الباب العالي الخديوي عباس وباب مدائح الإخوان والأصحاب ... الخ وفى الكتاب أيضاً قسم للنثر رسائل قد كتبها لبعض من أصدقائه على سبيل المباسطة والمفاكهة
