عبلة الكحلاوي (15 ديسمبر 1948 -)، داعية إسلامية مصرية.
وهي أستاذة للفقه في كلية الدراسات الإسلامية والعربية بنات بجامعة الأزهر، وهي ابنة الفنان محمد الكحلاوي.
التحقت بكلية الدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة الأزهر تنفيذا لرغبة والدها، وتخصصت في الشريعة الإسلامية، حيث حصلت على الماجستير عام 1974 في الفقه المقارن، ثم على الدكتوراه عام 1978 في التخصص ذاته انتقلت إلى أكثر من موقع في مجال التدريس الجامعي، منها كلية التربية للبنات في الرياض وكلية البنات في جامعة الأزهر في عام 1979 تولت رئاسة قسم الشريعة في كلية التربية في مكة المكرمة.
ومن فوق منبر الجامعة بدأت عبلة الكحلاوى طريقها في مجال التربية للبنات في مكة المكرمة تعلن طرق التفقه في الدين وتضع أيديهن على أمهات الكتب ومخازن علوم الشريعة متأسية بالآية الكريمة التي تقول " للذين أحسنوا الحسنى وزيادة ".
اتجهت عبلة إلى الكعبة المشرفة لتلقى دروسا يومية بعد صلاة المغرب للسيدات، وقد استمرت هذه الدروس منذ عام 1987 إلى 1989 كانت تستقبل خلاله مسلمات من سائر أنحاء العالم، وبعد عودتها إلى القاهرة بدأت في إلقاء دروس يومية للسيدات في مسجد والدها الكحلاوى في البساتين وركزت في محاضراتها على إبراز الجوانب الحضارية للإسلام بجانب شرح النصوص الدينية والإجابة عن التساؤلات الفقهية.
طلبت منها السيدة ياسمين الخيام أن تلقى دروسا دينية للفنانات التائبات في مسجد والدها الشيخ محمود خليل الحصري بمحافظة 6 أكتوبر فرحبت بذلك، وكانت من بين هؤلاء الفنانات نورا وعفاف شعيب وشمس البارودي وشهيرة.
كلفت بإلقاء دروس دينية في الجامع الأزهر ولها درس أسبوعي في بيت الحمد في مسجد المقطم أيضا.
أسست الدكتورة عبلة الكحلاوي جمعية خيرية في المقطم لرعاية الأطفال الايتام ومرضى السرطان وكبار السن من مرضى الزهايمر تحت اسم جمعية الباقيات الصالحات، بالإضافة ل مجمع الباقيات الصالحات في المقطم أيضا وهو تحت الإنشاء ويمكن المساهمة فيه من خلال التبرع على رقم حساب الجمعية 6060603 البنك الأهلي (جميع الفروع).
