تلَّتْ شرائحُ وطبقاتٌ جديدة مواقعَ مهمّة في البُنى الاجتماعية الأردنيةِ في ظلِّ تغوّل السياسات النيوليبرالية التي شهدَتْها البلادُ، ومنها؛ قفزُ رأسُ المال المصرفي إلى قمّة الهرمِ إلى جانب «الكمبرادور»، إذ استفادَ من سياسة الانفتاحِ وتحرير أسواق المالِ، وتعويم سعرِ الفائدةِ الذي أتاح لهُ فرصةَ تحقيق أرباحٍ عالية؛ مستثمرًا ارتفاعَ قيمة الودائع التي بلغَتْ نحو 35.3 مليار دينار في نهاية عام 2019، بإعادة الإنتاجِ الطُّفَيْلي، أي أن يتحوّلُ رأسُ المال النقديُّ بصورة ودائعَ وشهادات ادخارٍ إلى رأسِ مالٍ مصرفيٍّ وائتمانيٍّ (في صورة قروض).
