- هذه الحاشية لمولانا زاده نظام الدِّين عُثمان بن عبد الله الخطائي، المتوفى سنة: 901هـ ، وهي على مختصر المعاني لسعد الدين التفتازاني المتوفى سنة: 792هـ.
- هذه الحاشية من أشهر حواشي الـمُحشِّي وأكثرها تداولاً بين الناس، ولعل ذلك راجع إلى حُسْنِ السَّبك، ولطف التعبير، وقِصرها. وقد احتوت على تحقيقات وآراء لبعضِ العلماء الأجلَّاءِ.
- اقتصر الـمحشي في هذه الحاشية على مقدمة التفتازاني في المختصر، ووصل في الشرح إلى أجزاء من باب المسند إليه.
