الاطلاع على كتابه الموسوم ب( التعاملات التجارية والمصرفية المعاصرة في الاسلام ) وكتابة عرض مناسب له، وقد اطلعت على الكتاب، وتناقشت مع كاتبه في جزئيات كثيرة منه, فوجدت كتابًا ذا موضوع حيوي, هو موضوع ( الربا) وخطره على الأمة , على المستوى الفردي والجماعي . وقد عرض الكاتب فكرته بوضوح تام، وهي تحريم الربا, وبيان عقوبته على الفرد والمجتمع الذي يتعامل به, وأسهب في ذكر الأدلة النقلية من الكتاب والسنة, التي تؤيد فكرته, وأورد الكثير من آراء العلماء والأئمة السابقين والمعاصرين, وعرض حججهم وردودهم على القائلين بجواز التعاملات المالية التي تحمل في طياتها أشكالًا من الاحتيال والالتواء على التشريع الإسلامي ليصلوا إلى التعامل بالربا ولو في صور مزخرفة ليخدعوا عوام المسلمين.
وأورد الكاتب جملة من أخلاقيات التجارة في الإسلام، وما يجب أن يكون عليه التاجر المسلم في تعاملاته المالية والتجارية.
كما تناول الكاتب خطر البنوك وشركات الصرافة التي تتخذ المسميات الإسلامية , بينما هي حقيقة تعاملاتها لا تخرج كثيرًا عن فكرة البنوك الربوية الغربية .
وقد اشتمل الكتاب على ثلاثة أبواب مسبوقة بمقدمة للكاتب, وتمهيد, ومتبوعة بخلاصه بين فيها الكاتب الحلول المقترحة لتصحيح مسار التعاملات المالية وفق قواعد الشريعة الاسلامية، وموضحًا المصالح العامة المترتبة على ذلك , للفرد وللأمه الإسلامية .
ثم أثبت الكاتب ملحقين بالكتاب، أحدهما رسالة للعلامة/ أحمد بن لطف الديلمي , وهي الموسومة بـ ( ترياق ذوي الأبصار من سموم فتوى الدار ) وهي رد من العلامة الديلمي على فتوى العلامة/ يحي بن يحي الدار التي أجاز فيها التعاملات البنكية.
والملحق الثاني تجسد في سرد طويل لمفسري الأمة في تفسيرهم للآيات التي ورد فيها النهي عن الربا والتعامل به , والتحذير من عقوبة ذلك .
