وكان ويليامز يُطالب جنوده بالثبات، سألني لوكاس مُتعجباً ونحن ننظر إليهم من أعلي الجبال، ألم تدمر كافة البلده يا سيدي؟ اجبته بعد لحظه من الشرود، ظننتُ أيضاً ان جميعها تم احتراقها بعدما رأيت المدافع المحترقه، وأنا في طريقي للهروب؛ واخرجتُ زفيراً وقلتُ بنبرة حزينه” هذه هي نهايتي “ قال ريو ( لم يكن هناك أي مجال للهروب ياجوردن.
