تضمن هذا الكتاب أربعة أقسام تَوزعت على أحَدَ عَشَر فَصلاً، تَناولنا في القسم الأول مفاهيم ومنطلقات التَفَوُّقْ والريادة و التَمَيُّز .
في القسم الثاني رَكَزّْنَا على عناصر استراتيجية التفوق المؤسسي ©ISS و طائر التفوق الاستراتيجي ©ISB، أما في القسم الثالث فقد ناقشنا مكونات موديل التفوق الاستراتيجي ©ISM بمكونيه ثلاثية اللزوم ©DAP وثلاثية الكفاية ©SBE وتفاصيل مكونات كل منهما.
بينما خَصَصّنا القسم الرابع لمناقشة خريطة الطريق لتطبيق استراتيجية ©ISS عبر خيارين احدهما اصلاحي وثانيهما جذري، بحيث يمكن للمنظمة اختيار ما يناسب بيئات عملها ..

Leadership_21© uses the institutional supremacy model ISM © with the aim of leading the organization to lead the market in which it operates, after making it able to achieve and enhance institutional excellence by conscious investment in building creative career competencies CPC ©”.
In this book, we presented our innovative strategy ISS©, and discussed the pillars of its implementation model Institutional Supremacy model ISM©, and the roadmap for its Corrective Institutional Option CIO© and the Radical Institutional Option RIO© with the aim of moving the organization from a state of excellence to a state of Continuous Institutional Supremacy CIS©, to realize the interests of all the owners of the Positive Role Holders PRH© With a higher degree than its peers in the local, regional or global environment.
This book included four sections distributed into eleven chapters. In the first section we dealt with the concepts and perspectives of excellence, leadership and supremacy.
In the second section, we focused on the elements of the Institutional supremacy strategy ISS© and the strategic supremacy bird ISB©, while in the third section we discussed the components of the strategic supremacy model ISM© with its three-pronged components necessary trilogy DAP© and sufficiency trilogy SBE© and the details of the components of each.
While we have devoted the fourth section to discussing the road map for implementing the ISS© strategy through two options, one of them is corrective and the second is radical, so that the organization can choose what suits its work environments.
