في القسم الثاني رَكَزّْنَا على عناصر القِيادة ©21_LeaderShip عَبرَ آليات تغيير السلوك، و دوائر السيطرة، و نماذج إدارة التغيير تمهيداً لتقديم نموذجنا الجديد “نموذج التفوق”.
في القسم الثالث ناقشنا أدوات القِيادة ©21_LeaderShip من خلال مقومات المَيِّزَة التَنَافُسية، و الموارد البشرية، و موارد المنظمة ودورها في خلق تلك المَيِّزَة، ثم إستراتيجيات التنافُس العامة كمقدمة لطرح إستراتيجتنا الجديدة “ إستراتيجة التفوق”.
و القسم الرابع خَصَصّناه لمناقشة الإطار الوطني، و مفهوم التنافسية ومؤشراتها، ومن ثم ناقشنا دور القِيادة ©21_LeaderShip بالمنظمات الناشِئة في ظل توحش عالم اليوم..

In this book, we presented a new approach to leadership, and discussed its foundations to lead the organization to continuous institutional excellence CIS© by creating a conscious knowledge environment capable of raising core competencies, restructuring the investment of available resources and raising their productivity, have a sustainable competitive advantage SCA© and achieve the aspirations and goals of the organization, and the interests of the positive role holders PRH©.

This book included four sections divided into sixteen chapters. In the first section, we dealt with the concept of LeaderShip-21©, its approaches and its pillars through strategic scope, knowledge awareness management, and management by integration MBI©.
In the second section, we focused on LeaderShip-21© elements via behavioral change mechanisms, control circles, and change management models in preparation for introducing our new model, the “Supremacy Model”.
In the third section, we discussed LeaderShip-21© tools through the components of competitive advantage, human resources, and the organization's resources and their role in creating that advantage, and then general competition strategies as an introduction to present our new strategy, “Institutional Supremacy Strategy ISS©”.
The fourth section we devoted it to discussing the national framework, the concept of competitiveness and its indicators, and then we discussed the role of leadership LeaderShip-21© in emerging organizations in light of the barbarity of today's world ..
