بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد للّه رب العالمين نبينا محمد صلى اللّه عليه وسلم وعلى آله وصحبه وعترته والصالحين أجمعين.
أما بعد,
فإن الموضوع الذي عينت لجنة البحوث لتنسيق الكليات الإسلامية لرسالة ماجستير الموضوع " فلسفة التشريع في الاسلام والمسيحة والهندوسية (دراسة مقارنة) " . وتنقسم هذه الرسالة إلى ثلاثة فصول مع التمهيد عن تعريف التشريع ومعناه. والفصل الأوّل فهو يحتوي على "فلسفة التشريع الاسلامي ومصادره"، ويتضمن الفصل الأوّل على مبحثين. وأما المبحث الأوّل فهو "مصادر التشريع الاسلامي"، والثاني "فلسفة التشريع الإسلامي". والفصل الثاني يبحث عن "فلسفة التشريع الهندوسي ومصادره" ويتركز على ثلاثة مباحث وأما المبحث الأول على "الديانة الهندوسية والتشريع فيها" والثانى على مصادر التشريع الهندوسي، والثالث على فلسفة التشريع الهندوسي.ويترتب بعدها الفصل الثالث يبحث عن "فلسفة التشريع المسيحي ومصادره"، ويتركز على ثلاثة مباحث وأما المبحث الأول على " الديانة المسيحية والتشريع فيها" والثانى على " مصادر التشريع المسيحي" والثالث على فلسفة التشريع المسيحي.
