تتسم دراسة المفاهيم العلمية بالصعوبة والغموض الى حد ما وخاصة تلك المفاهيم المجردة والتي يتعلمها الطالب بصورة خاطئة منذ اول وهله مما يؤدي الى استدخالها في بنائه المعرفي وتصبح جزءاً منه ، لذلك اصبح من الضروري تقديم نماذج تدريسية تعليمية تعتمد على نظريه مفهومة يكون محورها نشاط الطالب وشخصيته وانفعالاته وما يدور في بنائه المعرفي كي يكون محفزا لبناءه وتطويره من جديد ،ان النظرية البنائية هي المقصودة بهذه المقدمة والتي ولدت كثير من النماذج التعلمية والتدريسية من التي تهتم بوظيفة الطالب ودوره في عملية التعلم ، لذلك تم اختيار بعض النماذج المهمة في هذا الكتاب لتكون طريقاً واضحاً وسالكاً امام المدرسين والمشرفين ومدربي قادة التعليم للوصول الى نتائج بنائه متمثلة في مخرجات عملية التعلم الصحيحة وبالتالي البناء الصحيح للمحتوى المعرفي في اذهان الطلبة، وهذا ماتم تدوينه في هذا الكتاب .
