Book Description
إن النواة الأولى لهذه الرسالة هي محاضرة ألقاها "محمد عوامة" في جامع الروضة بحلب مساء الخميس الثالث من صفر عام 1398. وقد رغب كثير من الناس إلهي بطباعتها وتقديمها لجمهور القراء. لتكون سداً لحاجة الكثير منهم، وإجابة عن كثير من تساؤلاتهم، وتسديداً لحيرة الحائر منهم. فاستجاب لرغبتهم، وزاد فيها من الأمثلة والشواهد والتوضيح ما يسر الله له، أما العناصر الرئيسية للمحاضرة فتركها كما هي، دون زيادة.
وبالعودة لموضوع هذه الرسالة نجد أنها قد جاءت بموضوع هو في غاية من الأهمية في الحياة العلمية والعملية لكل مسلم. أما أهميته في حياته العلمية، فمن حيث إنه يوقف المسلم على براعة أئمة الإسلام رضي الله عنهم في طرق استنباطهم لأحكام هذا الدين الحنيف من ينبوعه الأول: كتاب الله تعالى وسنة نبيه الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام. ويوقفه أيضاً على ما بذلوه من جهد في هذا الاستنباط.
وأما أهميته في حياة المسلم العملية: فلأنه يجعل في المسلم سكينة وطمأنينة إلى أئمة دينه الذين أسلمهم زمام أمره في العبادات والمعاملات والأخلاق والسلوك. بعد هذا التبيان لأهمية موضوع هذه الدراسة نسطر في ما يلي بياناً لأقسام هذه الدراسة، في المقدمة بيان لمنزلة الحديث الشريف في نفوس الأئمة، الفصل الأول في بيان متى يصلح الحديث الشريف للعمل به، الفصل الثاني في بيان اختلافهم في فهم الحديث الشريف، الفصل الثالث في بيان اختلاف مسالكهم أمام المتعارض من السنة ظاهراً، الفصل الرابع في بيان اختلافهم لتفاوتهم في سعة الإطلاع على السنة.
