ويتناول الفصل الثاني وجهة نظر الجرّاح: عمّ يبحث عندما يلتقي بك للمرّة الأولى؟ ما هي الأسئلة التي قط يطرحها عليك؟ ماذا يجري خلال المعاينة؟ الخ... أما الفصول الأخرى من الكتاب فقد وردت على شكل أسئلة وأجوبة، وكأنها معاينة طبية تجريها مع الجراح، ولكن في أجواء ودودة ومريحة. ومن العمليات التجميلية التي يسلط الكتاب الضوء عليها نذكر: شدّ العين، شدّ الوجه، رأب الأنف، شفط الدهون، شدّ البطن، تكبير الثدي وتصغيره، إزالة الشعر وزراعته، وغيرها.
