وبحث الفصل الثالث في السلطة بأنواعها وأساليب اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، وتم تخصيص الفصل الرابع للبحث في القيادة التربوية ومهارات القائد ونظريات القيادة وأنماط القادة واختيارهم وإعدادهم.
ولأهمية عملية الاتصال في الإدارة والقيادة، ولتعدد أساليب الاتصال وقنواته في الميدان التربوي فقد أفرد لهذه الأمور موقع خاص هو الفصل الخامس. أما الفصل السادس فقد تم التركيز فيه على الحوافز وأهميتها في رفع الروح المعنوية، مع تخصيص مساحة من هذا الفصل لأنواع مميزة من أساليب الحفز.
وختم الكتاب بفصلين، يتناول الأول موضوع الإشراف التربوي، والثاني موضوع إدارة الصف الناجحة كمنطلق لتعليم ناجح.
