Book Description
يكشف الأداء السياسي لأهل السلطة مواقع الخلل وشوائب النظام الدستوري المتبع في الدولة، خاصة في ظل بعض النصوص الدستورية المبهمة، القابلة للتأويل.
وغالباً ما يحاول بعض المسؤولين زج الدستور في صراعات سياسية ذات طابع شخصي ضيق، كسلاح حاسم في وجه خصومهم، لا سيما عندما يكونون في حالة ضعف، أما عندما يكونون في حالة قوة أو إستقواء فآخر ما يفكرون به هو الإلتزام بأحكام الدستور ومبادئه.
بل إنهم، غالباً، ما لجأوا إلى الإنقضاض على أحكام الدستور تحت شعارات وذرائع شتى، سواء عبر تجاهلها، أو تشويه مضامينها وتحريف أهدافها، ولا نبالغ إذا قلنا، إن البعض منهم أراد "إغتيال" الدستور، بطريقة أو بأخرى.
إن "إغتيال" الدستور لا يقتصر على إعدام نصوصه، أو بترها، أو تعطيلها، بل يتم بوسائل أخرى، وذلك عبر "إغتيال" بعض الرموز السياسية، أو إبعاد رموز أخرى، ساهمت في صنع وثيقة الوفاق الوطني، التي جاءت التعديلات الدستورية في العام 1990 تنفيذاً لها، تلك الوثيقة التي كلّف الوصول إليها، الكثير من الضحايا والتضحيات... هذا ما تتناول صفحات هذا الكتاب.
