عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.

"خُيّل إليه، في تلك اللحظة أن السلطة كائن متوحش، لا مكان للرحمة في قلبه. اكتشف ذلك منذ زمن بعيد؛ حين عاين كيف يتعسف الشيخ والقائد على فقراء الفلاحين، ويتزلفان لكبار المُلاّك، ويقضون لهم المعاملات الإدارية بهمّة لا تفتر. وهو لا يمكنه أن ينسى أن السّي محمد سِيقَ إلى السجن ظلماً لأن غريمه من رجال السلطة، ولأن الخونة والبصاصين شهدوا ضدّه لصالح الدّركي، فأقيمت عليه الحجة. ولا هو يمكنه أن ينسى مشاهد العدوان على أرزاق الناس وأملاكهم باستغلال النفوذ، الابتزاز لغة المخاطبة الوحيدة عند من يملكون النفوذ، إذا لم تفهم "واجبك" تجاه نداء الجشع، تتعطل مصالحك وتُرجَأ إلى ما شاء الله. وعليك أن "تدفع" في أي مكان ألجأتك إليه الظروف لتقضي فيه مصلحة. كلّ يريد "قهوته"، ولسان حال الجميع "ذْهَنْ السِّير يسِير". وأذا أبَت نفسك رشوة من يدعوك إلى رشوته: خشية غضب الله، أو صوناً للكرامة، فعلى نفسها جَنَتْ براقشُ. "متى ينتهي هذا الظلم، ويعالمنا رجال السلطة كالبشر؟" قال بصوت مرتفع اختلط بتنهيدة قذفتها أعماقه كما يقذف البركان حُمَمَه".
