أما الباب الخامس: وفيه بيان بالمصالح والحقوق المعتبرة في التشريع الإسلامي، وفي القوانين الوضعية، ومنهج الإسلام في حماية المصالح، الباب السادس: وفيه المذاهب الفقهية والجهود الفقهية (نشأتها - أشهرها - أثمتها - أصولها - شيوخهم - تلاميذهم)، والجهود الفقهية والحاجة إليها: 1-المجامع الفقهية، 2- الموسوعات الفقهية، 3-النظريات الفقهية.
