كما وتحدث الكتاب عن الإرشادات الصحية التي كان الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يعطيها للصحابة والمتعلقة بالجماع، والزهد الجنسي، والإجهاض، والرضاعة الطبيعية والزنا وتحريمه وكيف كان يكافح السمنة... كما وتوقف الكتاب عند الحجامة العربية، وفوائد الفاكهة وسيل استخدامها كعلاج، كل ذلك تحدث عنه المؤلف وذلك على ضوء الآيات القرآنية الكريمة والأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة الصادرة عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم.
