هذه الرواية سجلها إسحاق المسيحي الأستاذ في جامعة الموصل، ورسم أحداثها بعد أن تغلغل في صفوف الدواعش، بعد التهجير القسري للمسيحيين من مدينة الموصل، نزح مع عائلته تاركاً كل ما يملك، لم يكتف المسلحون بطردهم من المدينة، بل عدوا عليهم في سهل نينوى وقتلوا جده دانيال وسبوا عمته ميريام مع من قُتل وسُبيَّ، وما أن أوصل ما تبقى من أهله إلى بر الأمان أحس بالحيف الكبير لسبي عمته ميريام، عاد من جديد إلى مدينة الموصل متطوعاً؛ ليبدأ رحلته المحفوفة بالمخاطر في البحث عن عمته هناك، ضمن خطة محكمة ساعده على تنفيذها صديقه ضابط المخابرات المقدم وليد أبو خالدة؛ ليندس في قلب دولة الخرافة، وينقذ عمته من مخالف الوحوش.
وبكل جرأة استطاع هذا الأستاذ الجامعي أن يفند أكذوبة دولة الخرافة، ويفقأ تلك الفقاعة الفارغة، التي حاكتها عقول الإمبريالية العالمية، وهيأت لها كل مقومات البقاء ووسائل القتال الشرسة من إعلام مظلل، وأبواق سوء، وأسلحة دمار فتاكة، وأموال طائلة، من أجل الهيمنة البشعة على بلد الخير والنماء.
