هناك أمور دلّ الدليل القطعي الصدور على أنها توجب لصاحبها الجنة لطفاً من الله سبحانه وجزاءً أوجبه الله على نفسه، فمن تلك الأمور ولاية أهل البيت عليهم السلام والمعبر عنها في القرآن الكريم بالحسنة في قوله تعالى "من جاء بالحسنة فله، خير منها وهم من فزع يومئذ آمنون". والنصوص الواردة عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في تفسير الحسنة بولاية أهل البيت مستفيضة ومتواترة.
ومن تلك الأمور أيضاً وهو فرع عن ولاية أهل البيت عليهم السلام زيارة الحسين عليه السلام والبكاء عليه، والنصوص الواردة في إثبات ذلك لا تكاد تحصى كثيرة، منها ما قاله إمامنا الصادق عليه السلام: "من زار قبر الحسين عليه السلام وهو يعلم أنه إمام من قبل الله مفترض الطاعة على العباد غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه وما تأخر".
ولأهمية هذا الموضوع اعتنى الشيخ حسن بن مكي الخويلدي بوضع بحثه الذي بين أيدينا والذي خصصه لبيان أسرار زيارة الحسين، ومقاصدها وآدابها، والمؤلف في معرض حديثه عن هذه المواضيع أورد ما وقف عليه من النصوص الواردة في هذا المقام والدالة على مشروعية زيارة القبور الفائدة من زيارة قبور ومشاهد الأولياء رأي علماء المذاهب الإسلامية في هذا الصدد التأثيرات الخاصة لزيارة الحسين، الخ، من المواضيع الهامة والمفيدة.
