يقسم الشهود الذين يشهدون يوم القيامة لصلح الإنسان أو ضده ويقبل الله شهادتهم، إلى ثلاثة أقسام هي: 1- الشهود من نفس الإنسان 2- الشهود من خارج الإنسان 3- الشهود العينيون. إن الشهود من نفس الإنسان هي جوارح الإنسان مثل اليد والرجل والعين والأذن واللسان والفم والجلد وخلايا البدن وحتى شعر الإنسان. والشهود من خارج الإنسان هم ألأنبياء والأئمة والملائكة والزمان زالمكان والأرض والسماء والشيطان والقرآن والبهائم وغيرهم. والشهود العينيون هي أعمال الخير والشر التي تتجسد بشكل تجعل إرتكاب الجريمة من قبل المجرم والعبادة من قبل المحسن مؤكداً (وكان الإنسان يسمع كلامه عن طريق الشريط ويرى صوره التي التقطت في لحظات إرتكابه المعصية أو قيامه بالعبادة). وإضافة إلى الآيات والروايات الكثيرة التي وردت في هذا الصدد فإن العلم المعاصر أثبت بوضوح هذا الأمر أيضاً في هذا الإطار يأتي كتاب "الإنسان والشهود الصادقون في يوم القيامة" وأهم ما جاء فيه من مواضيع: 1- الاشهاد والصادقون 2- تقسيم الاشهاد 3- كيفية أصل الشهادة 4- كيفية إبداء الشهادة.
