إبراهيم زيدان: أديب لبناني، شقيق المؤرخ والأديب وعالم اللغويات الشهير جرجي زيدان، وُلد إبراهيم حبيب زيدان عام ١٨٧٩م ببيروت ونشأ بها، ثم لحق أخاه إلى القاهرة.
وقد نشر كتبًا مدرسية باسمه، ومن أشهر أعماله المستظرفات من النوادر؛ ﻛ «نوادر الكرام» و«نوادر العشاق» و«النوادر المطربة».
وتوفي إبراهيم زيدان بالقاهرة عام ١٩٥٦م.

"كتب النهار حروفه عن الظلمة الأشياء، قال الضياع يها النهار الليل يخفي في عباءته النجوم، وعليك أن تختار أحرفك الشهيدة، فظلامنا (ذئب) وعليك أن تجد الطريق إلى البداية، كي ترى مالا يرى الخفاش، من لهب الوضوح، كل الدروب إلى الحقيقة، توصل الغرقى، إلى قلق الجروح. صنع نقطة بيضاء في كف الزمان. كي تظهر الأشجار عارية، ويظهر ما تخفي في الكلام".
