يتوجه الباحث بكتابه هذا إلى المهتمين بتدريس مادة علم النفس الصناعي بالجامعات وإلى كل المهتمين بالتطور الصناعي والثقافة التنظيمية، حيث يستعرض من خلاله مفهوماً جديداً لعلم النفس الصناعي والخاص بالتطور التنظيمي وذلك على ضوء دراسة مقارنة بين دولتي الكويت ورومانيا، هذا وإن النتائج التي تمّ التوصل إليها قد لا تسمح بالفهم الواضح للاستفتاء داخل الشركات التي تمت دراستها وتحليل بياناتها وذلك لاختلاف الثقافة بين البلدين.
والباحث يذكر هذه الآراء مع ذكر، الأفكار النظرية لـ: (Triandis & Hofstede) اللذين ميزا وجود الكثير من الثقافات الوطنية بأخذ الخصائص المختلفة (الفردية-الجماعية) بعد السلطة، تجنب عدم اليقين (الذكورة-الأنوثة) في الحسبان أو تلك الخاصة بـ(Kytayama & Markus) اللذين فرقا بين الثقافات الوطنية الموجهة نحو الفردية (الولايات المتحدة مثلاً) ومقابل الثقافات الوطنية الموجهة نحو الجماعية (اليابان مثلاً) ومن الواضح أن هذا الجانب من الثقافة الوطنية يمثل عاملاً مهماً عند التمييز بين الثقافات، مع الأخذ الفعلي في الحسبان لحقيقة أن كل وسيلة لا بد من تكييفها وجعلها شرعية للناص الذين يتم التقصي عنهم.
علم النفس الصناعي هو علم تفتقر إليه المكتبات العربية وهذا جزء من رسالة دكتوراه قدمت في هذا العلم وهي عبارة عن دراسة مقارنة بين دولتي الكويت ورومانيا للتطور التنظيمي في الشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية. ويعرفنا الكتاب عن ما هو علم النفس الصناعي وعن الثقافة التنظيمية وطرق علاج مشاكل العاملين في المؤسسات الصناعية. وكذلك يوجد تعاريف ونماذج لحلول المشاكل في علم النفس الصناعي.
