أولاً، يستحسن التخلي عن الجهد القائم لتنظيم الأسواق الزراعية والتحول نحو طرق أخرى لحماية هذا الدخل سيما وقد برز أن هذا الجهد مكلف جداً وأن آثاره لم تأت متوازنة في توزعها؛ ألا يتعارض دعم الأسواق الزراعية مع عملية تحديث البُنى وهي عملية لا تنفصل في المدى المنظور عن المنطق الذي يهدف لرفع دخل المزارعين من جهة ولتخفيض المساعادت التي تلحظها موازنة الدولة للقطاع الزراعي؟.
تبين هذه الصفحات القليلة أن لا أجوبة مطلقة على هذه الأسئلة، كما وتبينّ أن البلدان المتطوّرة كافة مضطرة بإستمرار لتعديل برامجها وإجراءات تدخلها في الأسواق.
