"المنهج المبين في معرفة أصول الدين" كتيب يبحث عن الحقيقة لمعرفة الخالق والمخلوق والممكن والواجب، وهو باب التوحيد الذي هو أس العلوم الدينية ورأس المعارف اليقينية وهو أول الفصول العقائدية التي يبنى عليها الإسلام، إذ أول الدين معرفته وكمال معرفته توحيده، وهو الفصل الأول.
والفصل الثاني فقد ضم العدل الإلهي ووجوبه وقد ابتدأته بالحسن والقبح العقليين ولمن ينتسبان. وأما الفصل الثالث فقد ضم النبوة والرابع الإمامة اللذين هما اللطف الإلهي. وأما الفصل الخامس الذي ختم به الكتاب فهو المعاد: كيفيته ووجوبه وكيف أن الإنسان لم يخلق سدى، بل خلق لأمر أسمى ألا وهو المعرفة لينال الجزاء الأوفى.
