مسحورة هي بالشعر، هذا الإكسير الذي يختزن الحياة، حياة تكسر معها "ندى ج عيد" جميع المرايا، تطير عبرها الكلمات بخفة من أرض الكلمة إلى سماوات الرؤى المكتظة في وحدة الوجود، وفي ميتافيويقيا الخلاص الشعري.
لقد حلَقت "ندى ج عيد" في ملكوت الوحدة، والوقت، ليغدو الشعر لحناً شجياً سطرته أسئلة مقلقة تبحث عن أجوبة تعبَر عن فردانية الشاعرة وقدرتها الإبداعية. تقول في قصيدة بعنوان [طوبى]: "طوبى للعميان/ لأنهم بالضوء يتكحلون/ طوبى للبكم/ لأنهم في فردوس الصمت يغنون/ طوبى للشعراء/ لأنهم في ملكوت الوحدة/ يولدون/ ويموتون".
هكذا هي "ندى ج عيد" الشعر عندها وحياً وإلهاماً وقوى خارجية تساعد على الخلق والإبداع، أما عن الحب فكانت منه في خشية تقول في قصيدة لها بعنوان [إعتراف].. حبك/ يسلب مني كلماتي/ يضع أفكاري في دوامتك/ حبك/ لوحة بألوان متنافرة... جميلة/ حبك/ موسيقى تريح النفس وترهق العقل/ حبك/ أجمل ما حدث لي/ وأكثر ما أوجعني/ ... وسيوجعني".
