هذا الكتاب نسخة مصورة لكتاب المقنع لموفق الدين ابن قدامة. نسخها الشيخ سليمان بن عبدالله بن محمد بن عبدالوهاب في الدرعية سنة 1220هـ، وتعد من نفائس تراث الدولة السعودية الأولى لقيمتها العلمية، وجمال خطها، وجودة زخرفتها، وحسن ضبطها، إلى غير ذلك من الدلائل التي تشير إلى منزلة هذا الكتاب، وحرص ناسخه على نشره بأحسن صورة. وقد صدر الكتاب بدراسة عن ابن قدامة، وحديث عن كتابه المقنع ونسخه الخطية وشروحه حواشيه ومختصراته، إلى جانب ترجمة لناسخ الشيخ سليمان، وإشارة إلى مواضيع مخطوطاته المتنوعة في عدد من المكتبات المحلية والعربية.
