تُعد اللغة من أهم الروابط التاريخية لأي أمة من الأمم، وهي الترسانة الثقافية التي تبني الأمة وتحمي كيانها، وهي الرابط الحقيقي بين عالم الأجسام وعالم العقول، وهي الأداة التي تحمل الأفكار، وتنقل المفاهيم، وبها يتم التقارب والتشابه والإنسجام، وإن القوالب اللغوية التي توضع فيها الأفكار والصور الكلامية التي تصاغ فيها المشاعر والعواطف، لا تنفصل مطلقاً عن مضمونها الفكري والعاطفي، لأن اللغة هي معجزة الفكر الكبرى.
واللغة العربية كغيرها من اللغات لها أنظمتها وقواعدها التي تحكمها، وهي من اللغات الحية التي استطاعت الحفاظ على وجودها على مر العصور، وهذا ليس غريباً فهي لغة القرآن الكريم، ولغة أهل الجنة، وقد تكفل الله تعالى بحفظها.
ومع هذه الأهمية التي تحظى بها اللغة العربية، إلا أنها تعرضت وتتعرض لحملات من التشويه من أعداء الأمة، وهذا ما يدفعنا إلى مضاعفة الجهود للحفاظ عليها قوية لمواكبة معطيات العصر ومتطلباته، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلاّ بتربية النشء على حبها والإقبال على تعلمها، والإعتزاز بها، ولهذا لا بد من مواكبة كل ما هو جديد في مجال طرائق وإستراتيجيات تعلمها وتعليمها، وجاء هذا الجهد العلمي المتواضع ليقدم كل ما هو نافع لدارسي اللغة العربية ومدرسيها.
