يعتقد الكثيرون أن القرآن والعقيدة الإسلامية التي جاء بها النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لا علاقة لها بالواقع ولا بالقوانين الطبيعية. وقد أردنا أن نبيّن في هذا الكتاب أن ذلك ليس هو الحقيقة التي يتميز بها القرآن وإنما ما جاء في القرآن من إشارات إلى الظواهر الطبيعية وإلى حالات النفس البشرية يتطابق بصورة كاملة مع ما هو معروف الآن عن هذه الظواهر حسب ما أظهرته العلوم الطبيعية المعاصرة وبحوث علم النفس وبعد مرورما يقارب الأربعة عشر قرناً بعد نزول القرآن! وهذا مما أدى ببعض الباحثين المنصفين من غير المسلمين أن يقول أن النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يمكن أن يكون قد إستقى هذه المعلومات من المحيط الذي كان موجوداً فيه لأن هذه المعلومات لم تصل إليها البشرية إلا بعد قرون عديدة من نزول القرآن. وهذا ما حدى بهؤلاء الباحثين بأن يعترفوا أن هذه الحقائق التي جاء بها القرآن والتي تتطابق مع العلم الحديث لا يمكن إلا أن تكون فعلاً من الوحي الآلهي وبذلك فإن ما يقوله القرآن عن الحياة بعد الموت وعن يوم القيامة لا يمكن أن يُنظر إليها ومن قبل الملحدين بأنها أفكار غير واقعية أو بعيدة عن التحقيق نظراً للمصداقية التي يتميز بها القرآن عندما يذكر أو يشير لأي من الظواهر الطبيعية التي يعرفها الناس في وقتنا الحاضر والتي قد تعهد القرآن عند نزوله أن يبرزها لهم حتى يتبيّن لهم أن القرآن والوحي والعقيدة الإسلامية حق وواقع.
