فحقيق بالعبد المسلم بعد أن علم أن علم ذلك، أن يبادر بتحقيق هذه العبادة الجليلة، واستشعار هذه المراتب النبيلة، والتسابق إلى هذه المطالب العزيزة التي قل من يبصرها ويراها في هذا الزمان، والله المستعان. وبين يديك أيها القارئ باقة عطرة من دروس وإرشادات، وتوجيهات نافعات حول الصيام وفضائله، وفوائده ومنافعه، وأحكامه وآدابه، جمعها المؤلف تذكيراً لنفسي أولاً: ولإخوانه وأخواته في الدين ثانياً، لتكون دافعاً في تحقيق هذه العبادة العظيمة.
