إن تيسير اللغة العربية لآبنائنا، هو من أسمى الأهداف وأنبلها، لأن هذه اللغة تؤكد وجودنا، وتبني حضارتنا، ومن خلالها نطلّ على أنواع المعرفة، وإذا كان واجب العناية باللغة يقع على كاهل جميع أبناء الأمة في مختلف مرافقهم وقطاعاتهم، فإن مسؤولية مدرسي اللغة العربية أكبر، فبواسطتهم يتمّ تعليمها، وبأساليبهم وطرائق تدريسهم يتمكنون من تحبيب التلاميذ بلغتهم إذا كانت هذه الطرائق وتلك الأساليب منسجمة ومعطيات التربية الحديثة.
ولقد كان كتابي "طرائق تدريس اللغة العربية في المراحل الإبتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية" خلاصة تجربة طويلة في التدريس، والنظارة، والإدارة، اطلعت خلالها على جميع طرائق التدريس القديمة والحديثة، هذا بالإضافة إلى إختصاصي في اللغة العربية وآدابها.
أرجو ان أكون بعملي هذا قد أسهمت في تقديم لبنة متواضعة في ميدان تدريس لغتنا العربية، الذي هو في أمسِّ الحاجة إلى الكثير من الدراسات العلمية الجادة والأصيلة، سعياً وراء الحلول المفيدة لمشكلات تعليم هذه اللغة التي يلتحم بها وجودنا القومي وتشعّ منها أصالة حضارتنا العربية الخالدة.
