هذا كتاب يشتمل على الأحاديث القدسية، الموجودة في كتب الحديث الآتية: 1-موطأ الإمام مالك، إمام دار الهجرة، 2-صحيح إمام المحدثين، محمد بن إسماعيل البخاري، 3-صحيح أبي الحسين مسلم بن الحجاج القشيري النيسابوري، 4-جامع الإمام أبي عيسى الترمذي، 5-سنن الإمام أبي داود السجستاني، 6-سنن الإمام أبي عبد الرحمن أحمد بن شعيب النسائي، 7-سنن الإمام ابن ماجه القزويني. كما ويشتمل الكتاب على مقدمة قصيرة فيها بيان لمعنى الحديث القدسي، والفرق بينه وبين القرآن الكريم، وبينه وبين الحديث النبوي، هذا إلى جانب تعريف بالأئمة أصحاب الكتب التي جمعت منها هذه الأحاديث.
وبالرجوع إلى الطريقة المتبعة في جمع وترتيب وشرح هذه الأحاديث نجد أنه إذا كان في كتب الحديث المعتمدة حديث مكرر، اكتفت اللجنة المكلفة بجمع الأحاديث بذكره مرة واحدة، إذا لم تختلف فيه الروايات، وكانت مروية عن صحابي واحد، فإذا اختلفت الروايات، ولو من كتاب واحد بالزيادة أو بالنقص، أو بإبدال عبارة بأخرى، أو كان الصحابي غير الأول فلا بد من ذكر الرواية الأخرى كلها، أو بالتنبيه على ما فيها من الزيادة أو النقص، أما في شرح هذه الأحاديث القدسية فتم الاعتماد على شرح العلامة القسطلاني لصحيح البخاري، وشرح إمام الأئمة الإمام النووي لصحيح مسلم، وعلى الشرح الوارد في بعض كتب التفسير، وكتب اللغة وغيرها.
