انتشرت في السنوات الأخيرة في المجال المدرسي، مجموعة من السلوكات الإنحرافية، اتخذت أبعاداً خطيرة لدرجة أنها أصبحت تهدد مصداقية، ومردودية النظام التعليمي. ومن ضمن هذه السلوكات: ظاهرة الغش الجماعي، وظاهرة العنف الموجه ضد المدرسين.
واستمرار تنامي هذه السلوكات وتطورها -كما هو ملاحظ منذ سنوات- واتجاهها نحو الانتشار والتجذر، وفرضها "كأمر واقع"، وتحولها إلى ممارسات عادية يتعايش معها النظام التعليمي بكل مكوناته: الممدرسون وأولياؤهم، والإداريون ورجال التعليم.. يبرهن على أنها تستمد مبررات وجودها، واستمراريتها من نمط ثقافي خاص يقبل بعض أنماط الإنحراف.
وتعبر هذه الوضعية عن تناقض واضح يعيشع المجال المدرسي، ويتجلى هذا التناقض في كون المدرسة التي من المفروض أن تقوم سلوك الممدرسين، وتعمل على إعدادهم أخلاقياً ونفسياً واجتماعياً وتربوياً لتمسك بالسلوك الأخلاقي الإيجابي، تحولت إلى مجال لتعلم السلوك المنحرف. وهكذا أخذت معالم ثقافة مدرسية جديدة تفرض نفسها شيئاً فشيئاً، وهي ثقافة تقبل بعض أشكال الإنحراف بل وتشجع عليه، كالعنف، والغش، وضعف الدافعية للعمل...
والدراسة التي بين يدينا تهم بتسليط الضوء على هذه الظواهر السلبية وتفسيرها واقتراح حلول ملائمة لمعالجتها.
واستناداً على هذا، فإ،ها ستحاول الجواب على الأسئلة التالية: كيف تحول المجال المدرسي إلى مجال اجتماعي ينتج، ويعيد إنتاج بعض السلوكات الإنحرافية؟ كيف أصبح هذا السلوك الإنحرافي سلوكاً "مقبولاً" ومبرراً أخلاقياً، ومعمولاً به، ومفروضاً كواقع اجتماعي أخذ يؤثر في سلوك الفاعلين التربويين ويوجه اختياراتهم الأخلاقية؟ ما هو النمط الثقافي الذي يدعم هذا السلوك ويبرر وجوده ويعمل على انتشاره واستمراريته؟ ما هي الدلالات الرمزية والقيمية والاجتماعية التي يعبر عنها انتشار هذا السلوك الإنحرافي؟ كيف يمكن معالجة هذه الوضعية؟ وما هي الشروط التربوية التي يجب توفيرها لتجاوزها؟
