هذا الدّفتر هو دفتر نشاطات كتاب "عقود الكلام" في القراءة والتّعبير، المعدّ للسّنة السّادسة من التّعليم الأساسيّ، وقد جاء إستجابة لمتطلّبات الطّرائق النّاشطة الّتي تركّز على المتعلّم، محور العمليّة التّربويّة الّتي أوصت بها المناهج الجديدة، وبخاصّة إستثمار الوسائل والأنشطة، وهو مرتبط إرتباطاً تامّاً بالكتاب في وحدة كاملة لا تتجزّأ.
وهذا الدفتر يشتمل على تمرينات ونشاطات شفويّة وكتابيّة متنوّعة، تمهيداً لنصوص الوحدة أو تطبيقاً لها أو إمتداداً لمضمونها، أو إستثماراً للوسائل المعينة المرفقة بالكتاب، وهي: أقراص مدمجة سمعيّة وبصريّة، ولوحات الرّسوم والإعلانات.
وهذه النّشاطات تنمّي لدى المتعلّم القدرات المعرفيّة والوجدانيّة والسّيكوحركيّة بشكل متداخل، وتكسبه كفايات التّواصل الشّفويّ إصغاءً وتعبيراً، وكفايات التّواصل الكتابيّ قراءة وكتابة، فيتدرّب في المجال المعرفيّ على الملاحظة والتّذكّر والإدراك والتّطبيق والتّحليل والتّركيب والتّقويم، كما يتدرّب على التقبّل والإستجابة والتنظيم والحكم، وينمو في المهارات السّيكولوجية والأداء الحركيّ التّلقائيّ والتّعديل في المهارات لبلوغ الأهداف.
وإنَّ هذه النشاطات تركّز على التّعبير الشّفويّ تركيزها على التّعبير الكتابيّ، بل هي تتوسّع في مجالات التّعبير الشّفويّ توفيراً وتسهيلاً لإنجاز أكثر ما يمكن من التمّرينات ضمن الوقت المخصّص للّغة العربية في الدّوام الأسبوعيّ.
