إن التطورات، المنظمات الإقتصادية الدولية التي برزت في دول العالم المختلفة، والتكاملات الدولية، والعربية وقضايا التمويل والشراكة في ظل العولمة والثورة العلمية والمعلوماتية، والاهتمام الحضاري المتزايد بقضايا التجارة الدولية وقوانينها ومعاهداتها واتفاقاتها، والمؤسسات المالية الدولية، والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وطرائق حل التزامات والتحكيم والتقاضي، والمعاهدات الدولية، والإهتمام بالمواصفات السلعية، وتكوين قاعدة متينة للعلاقات الإقتصادية والمالية مع منظمة التجارة العالمية. كل ذلك له ما يبرره في نطاق التجارة الدولية وإتفاقاتها، إذ قاد الى العمل في إطار تكاملي تحليلي. إن جميع المسائل السابقة قادت مركبنا الى الشواطئ الدولية فرست على قضايا وسائل التجارة الدولية المعاصرة ومنظماتها وهذا ما يبحثه هذا الكتاب. إنطلاقا من اتفاقية الغات وتحويلها الى منظمة التجارة العالمية إلى مسائل وقضايا التكامل الاقتصادي الدولي والعربي، والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، والهيئات والمنظمات المالية والتجارية العاملة في ظل التجارة الدولية، وقضايا الشراكة الدولية وخصوصا الشراكة الأوربية المتوسطية، والخصائص الأساسية التي تتميز بها الاقتصاديات العربية، والنماذج الأساسية للعلاقات الإقتصادية الدولية لسوريا، وإلقاء نظرة على مستقبل التجارة الدولية ونظمها ومنظماتها في ظل سياسات الإنفتاح والحرية التجارية.
ولد في مدينة اللاذقية في 1971/9/15 . حصل على درجة إجازة في الاقتصاد قسم إدارة الأعمال من جامعة تشرين في اللاذقية عام 1993 . و درجة دبلوم دراسات عليا في إدارة الأعمال و ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة دمشق و بمعدل 93% يعمل كمحاضر في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين و في المعهد المتوسط للسكرتارية أيضاً. يعد الآن أطروحة لنيل درجة الدكتورا ه في إدارة الأعمال في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة دمشق. له العديد من الاهتمامات الإدارية و الإقتصادية و في مجالات متنوعة و متعددة.
