التحق بمدينة مراكش حيث أكمل دراسته الجامعية بشعبة الفلسفة، حتى حصوله على الاجازة سنة 2012.
إلتحق بصفة أستاذ متدرب شعبة الفلسفة بالمركز الجمهوري لمهن التربية والتكوين بإنزكان سنة 2013.
له رواية -قيد الطبع- تحت عنوان "ثلاثون عاما من الموت على رصيف الهامش" تعالج فلفة العبث وإشكالية اللامنتمي.

لمس الأستاذ الدكتور "أحمد بطاح" بعد خبرة طويلة في مجال تدريس مادة الإدارة التربوية، وإجراء البحوث المتعلقة بها، والإشراف على رسائلها وأطروحاتها أن المختص في مجالها النظري، والممارس لتطبيقاتها بحاجة إلى الإلمام ببعض قضاياها مجتمعة وواضحة الصلة بالسياق التربوي، ومن هنا عمد إلى إلقاء الضوء عليها في هذا المؤلف الذي اشتمل على ثلاثة عشر فصلاً عالج في كل فصل منها قضية إدارية معاصرة، وقد وضع لكل فصل مقدمة تبين أهمية القضية للإداري التربوي، ثم حاول تجلية الموضوع من خلال العناوين الفرعية الشارحة له كالمفهوم والمبادئ، والعناصر، والمراحل وغيرها مستخدماً أسلوب البحث العلمي الذي يعرض أكثر مما يشرح ويحلل إلا حيثما كان ذلك ضرورياً، وقد أنهى كل فصل بعنوان أخير يعرض للقضية موضوع البحث في السياق التربوي.
