لقد شغلت مشاكل البيئة في السنوات الماضية القليلة ، حيزاً كبيراُ ، من خطة الحكومات و الدول وخاصة المشاكل التي تتضمن حماية البيئة من التلوث ، فعقدت الندوات ، ورصدت الأموال الكبيرة ، ووضعت الخطط ، ودرب العاملون في مجال حماية البيئة على البرنامج و الخطط ، بهدف توعية السكان وتدريبهم على تنفيذ برامج الحماية من التلوث . إنه الإنسان هو المسؤول الأول و الأخير عن تلوث البيئة فإن الله عز وجل أوجد ه على الأرض وجعله خليفته فيها ، وطلب منه أن يحافظ عليها سليمة من أجل سعادته ، وحلق له كل نافع . لكن ابن آدم لم يحافظ على بيئته سليمة نظيفة وإنما سعى في خرابها في كل مكان وكيفما .ومن الأمور التي عاجلتها الدراسة موضوع النظافة وزراعة الأشجار وسقاية الخضروات و الأشجار بمياه المجاري الملوثة وإحياء الأرض الموات..، وكانت هذه المواضيعجزءُ يسيراُ من مشاكل البيئة التي عالجتها الشريعة الإسلامية و قدمت لها الحلول الناجعة التي لا ترقىإليهاالقوانين الوضعية مهما بلغت من الدقة و الموضوعية .وبعد فليس الإسلام طلقة فارغة تحدث دوياُ و لا تصيب هدفاُ ، إنه نور الفكر ، وكمال في النفس ، ونظافة في الجسم ، و صلاح في العمل ، ونظام يرفض الفةوضى ،ونشاط يحارب الكسل ، وحياة موارة في كل مكان .
