" تعرفت على الشيخ جهجاه بو علي عن طريق وداد، حرمة خيي يونس. وداد ماتت قبل ما إتزوج وتركت أربع خمس ولاد، بعد فترة خيي يونس تزوج حرمة ثاني. هلق هو كمان مات، قبل ما توقع الحرب. بعد ست سبع سنين بيقلنا إنه وداد نطقت في قرية كفر بركة. خيي يونس كان بيّاع زيت. كان مرة في كفر بركة ورا دبته وقت اللي سمع صوت بنت صغيرة عبتناديله (يا يونس) تطلّع وبقت تناديله وتقلّه (ما عرفتني، أنا وداد؟) هالبنت كانت بنت الشيخ جهجاه. عزموه لخيي واطلع لعندهم، والكل عرفوا إنه هالبنت هي روح وداد. بعد كم يوم إجا الشيخ جهجاه وعيلته عاضيعتنا، وتعرفت البنت اللي اسمها نهلا عاولادها وعالقرايب. وبعدهم ولادها بيزوروها وبيحبوها. الشيخ جهجاه زلمي مقتدر ووجيه، ما كان يعتقد بالتقمص حسب ما قليّ حتى تأكد من بنته". "جسد كان لي" رواية تحكي عن التقمص، مؤكدة حدوثه في إحدى البلدات اللبنانية، حيث نطقت فتاة صغيرة بتفاصيل ما حدث لها في جسدها السابق حيث كانت تعيش مع زوجها وأخيه في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
